Acute Care Pediatric - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• 3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

• ADN completion required

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years’ pediatric inpatient hospital experience.

Preferred Credentials: BSN

Unit/Facility Details: West 9 Unit - 24 beds – General Surgery, Urology, Burn, and Medical

Shift & Scheduling: Every Other Weekend

• Holiday commitment will be to work Thanksgiving and potentially one of the two following holidays; Christmas or New Years, based on the patient care needs as determined by the West 9 leadership team. Night shift holidays require working the night before the holiday and the night shift on the day of the holiday.

9 days maximum time off
