Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:
2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
Complex PCI experience, including Impella placement/management and IABP placement/management.
Recording experience with GE Mac Lab EMR.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
EP Lab experience, including experience with EP device placement, EP ablations, and EP studies.
Peripheral vascular intervention experience.
Ability to take extra call.

Required Credentials:
One of: RCIS, RCES, or ARRT.

Special Requests:
Must be within 30 minutes of the facility to meet call requirements.

Unit Details:
Uses Siemens X-Ray equipment and GE Mac Lab recording.
Procedures and services include right/left heart caths, PCI, complex PCI, diagnostic/interventional peripheral procedures, EKOS, PFO occluders, nitric oxide studies, pacemaker/ICD implants, EP ablations, Watchman implants, and interventional radiology.

Shift & Scheduling:
Primarily Monday-Friday; staffing may flex according to the patient schedule.
On call Monday-Friday approximately 1-2 nights/week, from 1530-0700.
On call 1 weekend/month, 24 hours Saturday & Sunday.

Floating Requirements:
Floats between the Cath Lab and EP Lab.

10 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver's license required

Certifications:

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certifications RCES, CI

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
