Shift: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - South Atlantic Division.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Scrub for LHC/RHC/PCI/STEMI/peripherals. Must be able to monitor as well.

Unit Details: Type of equipment: GE Innova, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, Penumbra. Documentation system: MacLab. Procedures performed on unit: Diagnostic Left Heart Cath, PCI, STEMI, Stroke, Carotid Stenting, Peripheral diagnostic and intervention. Newer procedure rooms and equipment. Dedicated Charge Nurse for flow of day.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holidays in rotation with hospital employees. On call schedule: 2 call teams and approx. 15-18 days per month.

Floating Requirements: Support in prep/recovery area as needed.

10 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certifications RCES, (R)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
