Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

Required Skills/Experience: Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled. Scrub technologist specializing in Cath Lab.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years of specialty experience preferred.

Preferred Credentials: Certified or Registered Cardiovascular Tech (RCVT) preferred.

Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. Include all RTO upfront in submission; any RTO added later will likely not be approved. Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement can be discussed with manager. Call required. Flexible contract hours: 36 for 12’s, 40 for 8/10’s.

Floating Requirements: Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles).

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
