Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Additional Details:

Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Required Credentials: Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license.

Unit Details: Assists with procedures and provides diagnostic aid by conducting organ or body scans on patients. Prepares and positions patients and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately. Prepares and administers contrast media and medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations. Observes patients during procedures and reports abnormal activity. Performs specialized imaging procedures including angio, complex vascular and nonvascular interventional, and therapeutic procedures, and assists the Radiologist/PA. Follows radiation safety procedures and guidelines.

Shift & Scheduling: 0645-1700 or 0700-1730.

5 days maximum time off
