Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Citizens Medical Center.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: - IVL/Shockwave.

Special Requests: - Start date within the next 3-5 weeks preferred.

Unit Details: - Primary PCI facility using Phillips Azurion Cath Labs and GE MacLab for monitoring and documentation. - Performs diagnostic and interventional coronary and peripheral procedures, pacemaker/defibrillator implants, atherectomy with CSI, LVAD Impella, IVL Shockwave, IVUS, and FFR/DFR. - Volume includes mainly cardiac and peripheral interventions, CRM devices, and approximately 4 EP cases per month. - Does not currently perform structural heart procedures. - Electrophysiology and TAVR procedure knowledge not required.

Shift & Scheduling: - Monday to Friday. - On-call every other week or every third week (7 days on, 7 days off), daily from 1515-0645 with a 20 min response time. - 5x8s preferred; may be able to consider 4x10s.
