Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• AS completion preferred.

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: 3 years’ technical experience preferred. Experience as a Special Procedures Technologist preferred.
Required Credentials: Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) required. Fluoroscopy (FLUORO) required. PVMB, TEAM, or TEAM-A required.
Preferred Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology or equivalent preferred.
Unit Details: Performs cardiac and vascular radiographic examinations and active interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab. Responsibilities include operating digital imaging and fluoroscopy equipment, assisting with cardiac catheterization and other specialized procedures, injecting contrast, monitoring blood pressure, cardiac output, and respiration during imaging, and providing patient education and discharge instructions. Provides before-, during-, and after-care for invasive, interventional, and therapeutic procedures/studies to treat cardiac and vascular arterial, venous, structural heart, and rhythm disorders, including device and lead implantation/removal and therapeutic ablations. May mentor and train staff on technical skills and provide input into hiring and promotion decisions.
Shift & Scheduling: Variable shift options: 7am-5:30pm, 8-6:30pm, or 9-7:30pm. After-hours call, every other weekend, and 2 weeknights per week.
Floating Requirements: You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
