Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• 12 months of travel experience is preferred.
Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 3+ years of Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Lab experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: A cross-trained cardiovascular technologist with advanced experience across EP, cardiac catheterization, neurointerventional, and structural heart laboratories is preferred. Experience with Micra and Aveir leadless pacing systems is preferred. Proficiency in scrubbing structural heart procedures, including TAVR, MitraClip, PFO/ASD closure, and Watchman, is preferred. Proficiency with advanced cardiovascular imaging and technologies, including ICE, IVUS, OCT, 3D mapping systems, and mechanical circulatory support devices, is preferred.
Required Credentials: A State of CT Radiographer license is required in conjunction with ARRT (R) and/or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification through CCI. All required certifications and licensure should not expire during the assignment. If your certifications or licensure are set to expire during the listed contracted dates, you must apply with a receipt of renewal.

Unit Details: The technologist supports high-acuity and complex cardiovascular procedures, including emergent and advanced interventional cases. The technologist scrubs electrophysiology procedures, including ablations, device implants, generator changes, lead revisions, and leadless pacing systems. The technologist scrubs cardiac catheterization procedures, including diagnostic and interventional cases (PCI and atherectomy), and supports mechanical circulatory support devices (Impella and IABP) and temporary pacing. The role includes supporting neurointerventional and peripheral vascular procedures, including diagnostic angiography and endovascular interventions. The role includes assisting with radial and femoral vascular access, sheath management, and vascular closure devices. Structural heart procedures include TAVR, MitraClip, PFO/ASD closure, and Watchman. Advanced cardiovascular tools and technologies used in the role include ICE, IVUS, OCT, and 3D mapping systems. Leadless pacing systems used include Micra and Aveir.
Shift & Scheduling: Variable start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Participation in weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation is required based on department needs.
