Shift: 6:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Certificate completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health and no current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac Cath Lab experience required. Interventional Radiology experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Neuro Interventional experience preferred. EP experience preferred.

Required Credentials: Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted.

Preferred Credentials: Associate’s degree in a related field.

Unit Details: Works in the invasive lab with patients requiring invasive cardiology or invasive radiology studies. Functions as a scrub and monitor technician on a rotating basis during procedures. Assists physicians during interventional procedures. Uses imaging and physiological monitoring equipment.

Shift & Scheduling: Variable shifts may be assigned to meet department needs. Interventional on-call rotation, including weekend and holiday call rotation.

Floating Requirements: Required to float to all procedural areas. Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
