Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 2 years within the last 36 months (3 years).

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• AA completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Johns Hopkins (Direct) Program - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Johns Hopkins (Direct) Program - Main.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Cath Lab experience required.

Required Credentials: Graduate of an approved AMA school of Radiologic Technology, or proof of a completed formal training program if RCIS certified.

Unit Details: Assists physicians with invasive procedures, coordinates care in the assigned room, and provides patient care. Independently operates radiographic and ancillary equipment. Uses guidewires, catheters, and imaging techniques for diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures in Diagnostic/Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology.

Shift & Scheduling: May have to participate in on-call depending on coverage gaps.

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
