Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Unit Details: Cardiac intervention radiology room with structural heart. Adult and geriatric patient population. No scrub required.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday 0700-1530 or 0730-1600. Call required: 3 call shifts in a 2 week period. Weekend requirement: call weekends every 6 weeks required. Call coverage hours: Monday thru Friday 4pm to 7am. Weekends: Friday 4pm to Monday 7am. RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days.

7 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
