Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: - Coil embolization/ablations. - Peripherals/venous access/hemodynamic monitoring. - Minimum of 1 year acute care experience in cath Lab. - Community Hospital Experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - EP/structural heart experience not required; stroke/IR experience preferred.
Required Credentials: - Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. - Fluoro Permit
Unit / Facility Details: - Parking Cost: Hang-tag: $10.00, Key-cards: $35.00, $38 per pay period at hospital or $16 per pay period for parking at St. Anne’s. - Proof of Identification: Drivers License/State ID.
Special Requests: - RTO must be listed at time of submission. - Block schedule requests may be accommodated per manager discretion.
Unit Details: - Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. - STEMI and stroke receiving center. - Supports cardiac, EP, VTE thrombectomy, interventional neuro, and interventional radiology procedures including TAVR/TMVR, Watchman, MitraClip, diagnostic and interventional cardiology, diagnostic and interventional neuro, and IR.
Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Fri scheduled shifts with call requirements; Sat/Sun call requirements. - On-call weekdays: 1730-0700. - On-call weekends/holidays: 0700-0700. - 10-14 call shifts within 42 day schedule. - 3 weekends every 6 week schedule.
Floating Requirements: - Float between specialties in the lab.
5 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
