Experience:

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Strong experience with interventional cases (not IR) and performing STEMI. Scrub experience with TAVRs, Watchman, and ablations. Hemodynamic monitoring / Rotablator. Ablations / Peripherals.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 or more years of experience preferred. EP procedure experience preferred. Upper and lower extremity experience preferred. Arrhythmia induction, baseline measurements, cardiac mapping, conduction studies, electrophysiology evaluation, and Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) closure experience preferred. Siemens X-Ray System experience preferred.
Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
Special Requests: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Indiana residents are considered local. Allied positions and IU Clinics accept local travelers. IU Health will not allow Indiana RNs to work at their facilities, except periop/OR, allied, and ambulatory RN travelers. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, and SDS. Local travelers are not accepted for MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, ER, and Surgical Services positions. Must work 1 winter holiday.
Unit Details: Unit performs interventional cases, STEMI, EP procedures, TAVR, Watchman, peripherals, upper and lower extremity procedures, arrhythmia induction, baseline measurements, cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, conduction studies, electrophysiology evaluation, and Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) closure.
Shift & Scheduling: Alternating 4x10 shift times: 0730-1800 and 0630-1700. Call required: 10-12 call shifts per month and 30-minute response time. Call duration is 12 - 14 hours and begins at the completion of their shift. If they are not working the day they are on call, call will begin at 5pm. Flexible contract hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
