Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
• AS completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Northwestern and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Northwestern.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Northwestern and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Northwestern.

Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Credentials: - Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety (IDNS) certification required. - Associates or Bachelor Degree for Radiographer
Preferred Skills/Experience: - 1 or more years of hospital experience in medical imaging preferred. - Community Hospital Experience
Preferred Credentials: - Interventional Cardiovascular Registered (CVT) certification preferred.
Unit Details: - Adult patient population.
Shift & Scheduling: - On-call 1 day per week and every 4th weekend. - No regular weekend requirement.
7 days maximum time off
2 references required from within the last 12 months
