Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• 6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Seeking team player with Cardiac Cath experience and Interventional Radiology, Vascular, or Neuro. Must have two of 4 modalities experience.
• Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled.
• Any charting system.
• Skills: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures, Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Rotablader athrectomy, Scrub Procedures, Procedural Responsibilities, Equipment set up, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Infection Control, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Sterile Technique, Age specific competency, Middle Adult, Older Adult

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years experience.

Preferred Credentials: Certified or Registered Cardiovascular Tech (RCVT).

Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: Free in any unrestricted space- additional info in FDI.

Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend REQ: Can be discussed with manager
• Call REQ: Case by case basis, no set schedule, but required

Floating Requirements: Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles).

1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.

Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.
