Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance.
• 1 month gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance.

Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Please use the parking lot close to the Emergency Room on the south side of the building. When looking at the ER entrance use the parking lot to the left and employees park in the back section.
Direction to the Lab: Enter through the Emergency Room entrance. Once you walk through the entrance, there will be a triage desk on the left and a registration desk on the right. Just past the triage desk there is a hallway to the left that you will proceed down. Halfway down the hallway is the Heart Center’s waiting area (there is a Heart Center sign hanging from the ceiling).
Shift & Scheduling:
Primary Days with Evening, Nights, Weekend, and Holiday on-call coverage
Call requirement: after hours: Evening, Nights, Weekend, and Holiday on-call coverage
Weekend Shift Hours: on-call
5 days maximum time off
2 references from any number of months (Any reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
