Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Credentials: - Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. - RCIS not accepted.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Coil embolization/peripherals/hemodynamic monitoring preferred. - Community Hospital Experience: Preferred
Preferred Credentials: -RCIS acceptable w/5+ years exp*
Special Requests: - RTO must be listed at time of submission. - RTO must be approved at time of submission. - Open to accommodating block schedule? Will consider.
Unit Details: - Daily caseload: 8-12. - Coronary diagnostic and intervention, peripheral diagnostic and intervention, and permanent pacemakers for coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac arrhythmias. - Adult and geriatric patient population. -Parking Cost: Free parking on first day, assignment parking to be given during orientation
Shift & Scheduling: - No weekends. - Call required up to 4 days a week; varies based on need.
5 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
