Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: - Fluoro permit required; pending permits will be considered if already applied for at time of submission. - RCIS acceptable w/5+ years exp*
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Coil embolization/peripherals and hemodynamic monitoring preferred. -Community Hospital Experience:Preferred
Unit Facility Details: Parking Cost: Free parking on first day, assignment parking to be given during orientation
Special Requests: - RTO must be approved at time of submission.
Unit Details: - Daily caseload 8-12. - Cases include coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac arrhythmias. - Procedures include coronary diagnostic and intervention, peripheral diagnostic and intervention, and permanent pacemakers. - Adult and geriatric patients.
Shift & Scheduling: - No weekend requirement. - Call required, up to 4 days per week depending on need.
5 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography)
