Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HWL Program - Lee Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: HWL Program - Lee Health System.

Additional Details:
Shift & Scheduling: Call is required. Call: 1 weekend a month and 1-2 days a week. For a total of usually 8-9 days a month.
Floating Requirements: Possibly float to other sister campuses as well.
