Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:
Special Requests: - RTO must be listed at time of submission. - RTO must be approved at time of submission. - All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. - References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. - Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Credentials: - California Fluoro Permit required; pending Fluoro Permit is accepted if already applied for at time of submission. - RCIS is not accepted.
Required Skills/Experience: - Types of procedures: Coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, cardiac arrhythmias = coronary diagnostic and intervention; peripheral diagnostic and intervention; permanent pacemakers.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Coil embolization/peripherals. - Hemodynamic monitoring. - Community Hospital Experience: Preferred
Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: Free parking on first day, assignment parking to be given during orientation
Shift & Scheduling: - No weekend requirement. - Call required; up to 4 days a week and varies based on need.
5 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
