Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

• 12 months of acute care experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Don’t need EP/structural heart experience, ideally will have stroke/IR experience
• Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, ECMO, Impella insertion, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Carotid Angiography, Embolization, Stent placement, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Perform EKG lead placement, Stocks supplies

Special Requests: RTO must be included at time of submission

Shift & Scheduling:

• M-F with call requirements. Sat/Sun call requirements.
• Variable Start

5 days maximum time off

2 references from last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography) or the alternative certification RCIS (Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI))
