Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Tucson Medical.

Required Skills/Experience: - Experience with impella, balloon pump, PCI, stents, pacemaker, catheterization, rotablader, IR, 12-lead EKG, and rhythm interpretation required. -Required Skills: Cardiac Stent Placement, Impella insertion, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Temporary Pacemaker, Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Pacemaker Insertion, Perform EKG lead placement, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Rotablader, Rhythm Interpretation - Exp w/ impella, balloon pump, PCI, stents, pacemaker, catheterization, rotablader required
Preferred Skills/Experience: -We prefer a Cath Lab tech with coronary and IR experience if possible. -Preferred Skills: Angioplasty, Chest Tube Placement, Embolization, ERCP, Gastrostomy Tube Placement, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Liver Biopsy, Paracentesis, Radio embolization, Stent placement, Thoracentesis, Catheter/drain exchange, Cystoscopy, Embolization, Gastrostomy, Nephrostomy, Percutaneous Stone Extraction, Renal Artery Stent Placement, Ureteral Stent Placement, Carotid Angiography, Discogram, Embolization, Stent placement, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Vertebroplasty, Carotid Stenting, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography
Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend coverage every 5-6 weeks. - 5-6 weekend shifts per contract. - Weeknight call coverage 1 day per week 1730-0700. - Self scheduling. - 0700-1730; will consider 3x12s. - Call covers Stroke & STEMI (CCL & IR).
Special Requests: - No first-time travelers unless extensive background/has lots of cath lab experience. - Can no longer accommodate travel pairs or trios. - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT))
