Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >90 miles from facility to be submitted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Equipment experience: Artis Zee C-Arm, Impella
Proficient with fluoroscopy
Proficiency and comfort in: peripheral and coronary angio cases
Proficiency and comfort in: PCI & pacemaker procedures
Preferred Skills/Experience: Additional Equipment experience: Maquet IABP, Acist Injector, iFR, IVUS
Shift & Scheduling: Days: 4x9 hr shifts; 0645 - 1615
Weekend Requirements: Call schedule
On Call Requirements: Requires 50% call including every other weekend and every other holiday.
7 days maximum time off
2 references required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• CV (Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (ARRT)) or the alternative certification RCIS (Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI))
