Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 6 months of Epic experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.
Special Requests: - All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission.
Unit Details: - Work in Cardiac Cath Lab as a scrub technician with possible assignments as a circulator or monitor. - Responsible for patients undergoing diagnostic, interventional, and emergency Cardiac Cath cases. - Xper (Wit) is used on the unit.
Floating Requirements: - May also be required to cover the holding area and/or EP Lab.
7 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
