Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Cath Lab (experience required): Diagnostic/interventional, LHC/RHC, NSTEMI and STEMI, Impella, IABPs, Rotablator, CTOs/staged PCI, shockwave, temp pacers, peripheral (legs) diagnostic/intervention, loop recorders.
• EP (experience required): Micra, pacemaker, AICDs, lead extractions/revisions, generator changes.
• Ability to scrub & operate table simultaneously.
• Consider 1st time traveler: Yes, if they have 2+ years of experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• IR (experience strongly preferred): G and GJ tubes from scratch/exchanges, nephrostomy tubes/nephroureteral stents, IVC filter placement, tunneled and temporary dialysis catheters, ports, GI coil and chemo embolizations, thoras/paras, Inari for clot extraction, Kyphoplasty/vertebroplasty, y90s, TIPs, biopsies; No neuro IR. Monitoring experience preferred.

Shift & Scheduling:

• On-Call: Yes,1-2 nights/week & 1-2 weekends/mo; 30 min response time
• Weekend Rotation: call only

Floating Requirements: Good Sam or Tacoma General

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification (R) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT))
