Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Pyxis is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit/Facility Details: - procedures room. 3 cath labs, one hybrid OR
Shift & Scheduling: -Call Required: Yes, typically 6 evenings and one weekend per 6 weeks -Weekend Shifts Per Contract: typically one weekend per 6 week on stand by. must respond within 30 minutes of call back.
5 days maximum time off
