Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Quorum and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Quorum.
• 6 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Quorum and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Quorum.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Must have OBMI licensure Required Skills/Experience: Procedures include but not limited too High Risk PCI, Impella, TAVR, Carotid stenting, Vascular and IR procedures. Shift & Scheduling: Call required Special Requests: Required certifications cannot expire the same month as the potential start date to apply.
