Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Tucson Medical.

Required Skills/Experience: - IR experience required. - Experience with Impella, balloon pump, PCI, stents, pacemaker, catheterization, and rotablader required. - 12-lead EKG and rhythm interpretation experience required. - Abdominal and Pelvic, Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures, Cardiac Stent Placement, Impella insertion, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Temporary Pacemaker, Neurological Studies/Procedures, Vascular Studies/Procedures, Genitourinary Studies/Procedures, Electrophysiology Studies, Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Pacemaker Insertion, Procedural Responsibilities, Perform EKG lead placement, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Additional Skills, Rotablader, Rhythm Interpretation
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Coronary experience preferred. - We prefer a Cath Lab tech with coronary and IR experience if possible. - Angioplasty, Chest Tube Placement, Embolization, ERCP, Gastrostomy Tube Placement, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Liver Biopsy, Paracentesis, Radio embolization, Stent placement, Thoracentesis, Carotid Angiography, Discogram, Embolization, Stent placement, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Vertebroplasty, Carotid Stenting, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Catheter/drain exchange, Cystoscopy, Embolization, Gastrostomy, Nephrostomy, Percutaneous Stone Extraction, Renal Artery Stent Placement, Ureteral Stent Placement
Required Credentials: - ARRT required; RCIS is not accepted as the national certification.
Special Requests: - Can no longer accommodate travel pairs or trios. - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Shift & Scheduling: - Self scheduling. - Weekend coverage every 5-6 weeks; 5-6 weekend shifts per contract. - Weeknight call coverage 1 day per week, 1730-0700. Call covers Stroke and STEMI (CCL and IR). - 0700-1730; will consider 3x12s.

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography) or the alternative certification CVRN-Level III (American Board of Cardiovascular Medicine)
