Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required within the last 18 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Cath Lab / Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Structural heart experience highly preferred. - Interventional Radiology experience preferred. - EP experience preferred. - Must be able to scrub independently and proficiently; highly preferred. - Peripheral vascular experience preferred.
Special Requests: - Unless the unit is closed, required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
Shift & Scheduling: - Monday-Friday. - On-call 1-2 nights/week and every 3rd weekend: 7p Friday through 7a Monday.
Floating Requirements: - Will be required to float across all Des Moines campuses to like units; campuses are minutes within one another.
Previous Employment Requirements: - Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply

Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CV (Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (ARRT)) or the alternative certifications RCIS, RCES
