Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Michigan license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - MidMichigan.

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Interventional Radiology experience preferred. - 1+ years of Electrophysiology experience preferred. - Cardiac rhythm interpretation preferred. - Knowledge and operation of intraaortic balloon pump preferred.

Unit Details: - Cares for patients before, during, and after angiography, interventional and angiographic cardiac catheterization procedures, and other diagnostic testing and procedures; includes pre-procedure assessment, pre-medication, documentation of the cath process, post-cath care, patient education, and scrubbing in for procedures with the physician. - Assists with stress echocardiogram, routine treadmill exam, nuclear and pharmacologic stress testing, tilt table, echocardiograms (NS/Definity), cardioversions, transesophageal echocardiograms, and prep, procedure, and recovery for interventional radiology procedures. - Performs sedation monitoring, Holter monitor application, Event monitor application, ambulatory blood pressure monitor application, pacemaker interrogations, and PICC line insertion; functions as a vascular access expert. - Uses cardiac output and hemodynamic equipment, pacemakers/ICDs, intraaortic balloon pump, crash cart, IV pumps, defibrillators, point of care glucometer/blood sugar testing, and stress machines.
Shift & Scheduling: - No weekends. - On-call required.
