Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 6 months between Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - North

Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Call: based on department needs - currently at one call night during the week days 1700-0600, Weekends: one call weekend every 4th-5th weekend - 1700 FRI - 0600 MON, Holidays covered by call as needed / All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.
