Shift: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 22 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Heavy on interventional cardiac patients, procedures, IV skills, sheath pull experience, stable drips, and dysrhythmia interpretation and management required.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Interventional cardiac/procedure unit. Pre/post invasive and diagnostic procedures, cardioversion, pre/post angiogram, and elective PCI. EP patients: ablation, lead placement, pacer placement, pre-TAVR and Mitral Clip, and post-op recovery for structural heart patients going home the same day. TEE, cardioversion, procedure sedation, blood and blood products administration, cardioversion/defibrillation, epicardial pacer management, sheath removal, telemetry interpretation, heparin, and insulin.
Shift & Scheduling: No weekends. No holidays. No call.
Floating Requirements: Floating required to like units - travelers must be flexible to floating.
Previous Employment Requirements: Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility ( NON SWEDISH ) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months.
