Cardiac Cath Lab - Travel Registered Nurse - $2430 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match the address on the driver’s license.
Ascension Health does not accept Tdap, varicella, or MMR declinations.
Required Skills/Experience:
3 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology RN.
Required Credentials:

Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Ascension EKG Exam is required during onboarding; complete it with a passing score of at least 80%, with only two attempts permitted, and update it every 3 years.
Ascension Specialty Exam is required during onboarding; complete it prior to the first assignment and update it every 3 years thereafter in specialty; a minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization is required; only two attempts are allowed.
Ascension Core Competencies are required during onboarding; they cover HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, and OSHA topics; complete them within a year of start and update them every 3 years; a minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization is required; only two attempts are allowed.
Special Requests:
Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
Shift & Scheduling:
Variable shifts as needed: 0700-1530, 0800-1630, or 0830-17.
Call is based on department needs and currently averages one weekday evening per week (1700-0700) and one weekend per month (1700 Friday through 0700 Monday).
Holidays are covered by call as needed.
Floating Requirements:
May need to float onsite within the skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.

5 days maximum time off
