Cardiac Cath Lab - Travel Registered Nurse - $2510 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with GE Mac-Lab is preferred.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:
Cath Lab RN experience in circulating is required; contract nurses are not required to scrub.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Electrophysiology experience preferred.
Interventional radiology experience preferred.
Interventional neuro experience preferred.

Unit Details:
Procedures include diagnostic and interventional heart catheterizations and interventional radiology.
Equipment includes temporary pacemakers, intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impella, Penumbra, Shockwave, IVUS, IFR, and Innova imaging.

Shift & Scheduling:
The assignment includes rotating call after hours and weekends for approximately 50% of the month.

Floating Requirements:
Floating includes the Emergency Department, Discharge Lounge, and other areas as needed within the clinician's skill set.
