Cardiac Cath Lab - Travel Registered Nurse - $2700 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:
Candidates should have experience in providing patient care, circulating, and monitoring interventional cardiac catheterizations and invasive vascular procedures.
Candidates should have experience and knowledge of the supplies and devices used in coronary and peripheral angiography, angioplasty, thrombectomy, stenting, and other procedures.
Must obtain radiation badge prior to start, not provided by facility. OR RNs must also obtain fetal badge if needed.

Required Credentials:
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications must not expire while on assignment.

Special Requests:
Current Employees: We cannot consider travelers employed (FT, PT, or Per Diem) by Cayuga Health or its affiliate, Schuyler Hospital within the past 12 months.

Unit Details:
Provides cardiac testing and invasive cardiovascular procedures for inpatient and outpatient populations, with 24-hour STEMI coverage.

Shift & Scheduling:
STEMI call is required.
Shifts can be discussed during contract negotiations.

14 days maximum time off

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years
