Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Cardiac interventional cath experience required. - Experience scrubbing for procedures required.

Required Credentials: - ARRT certification required.

Preferred Credentials: - Critical Care Course preferred.

Unit Details: - Functions independently as scrub nurse and circulator. - Typical procedures include diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath, CTO and high-risk interventional cardiac cath, pacemaker implants including leadless, Watchman procedures, atrial and ventricular ablations, tilt tests, TEEs, PE thrombectomies, TAVR, transvenous/temporary pacing, intra-aortic balloon pumps, chest tubes, Impella, hemodynamic monitoring, and conscious sedation. - Uses Phillips imaging equipment. - Adult and geriatric patients.

Shift & Scheduling: - On-call required: at least 1 weekday call shift and 1 or more weekend call shifts per month for emergency and urgent procedures on weekends, nights, and holidays. - Must be able to respond to STEMI callbacks in less than 30 minutes.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
