Cardiac Cath Lab - Travel Registered Nurse - $2850 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:
Experience and proficiency with the listed case types, moderate sedation, initiating and titrating drips, circulating, and ACLS knowledge are required.

Special Requests:
Block scheduling could be attempted if requested but is not guaranteed.
RTO approval must go through the manager.
Approved RTO: 12/4-12/7; 12/23-12/28.

Unit Details:
Cases include STEMI, MI, arrhythmias, LHC/RHC, PFO, CardioMEMS, CTOs, device procedures, Micra/Aveir, TAVRs, MitraClip/TriClip, Impellas, and IABP.
Department support includes a part-time transporter, case scheduler, charge RN and lead tech, RT 24/7, rapid response/code team 24/7, and a cardiologist on call 24/7.
Unit systems and equipment include Alaris IV pumps, Omnicell medication dispensing, Xper Philips PACS, Intellaspace IABP, Philips C-arm, and Siemens Zego for the hybrid room.

Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend rotation is call only, typically every 3rd weekend with EOS to Monday morning.
Weeknight call is typically 1 night per week, EOS until the following morning.
Call response time is 25 minutes.
Call coverage includes 2 techs and 2 RNs.
Holiday coverage is call only for 50% of holidays per contract.
Schedules are made 4 weeks at a time and can be received 3-4 prior to the schedule beginning.

Floating Requirements:
Could float within the specialties here if trained and comfortable.

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager references required from within the last 12 months
