Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Travel experience is preferred.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
EP experience is preferred; any EP experience is a bonus but not a deal-breaker.

Unit Details:
The lab performs 15-20 procedures per day.
Procedures include peripheral vascular intervention, cardiac intervention, cardiac rhythm management procedures, including EP, and structural heart procedures. Applicants do not need structural heart experience.

Shift & Scheduling:
STEMI call is required.
Call coverage is 8a-6:30p, 1-2x/wk and every 4th weekend.
Flexibility and openness to cover extra call shifts as needed are expected.
The schedule is issued in a six-week rotation, with rotating days off and a four-day weekend built into the rotation.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
