Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 36 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: More than 3 years of hospital-setting Cardiac Cath/IR experience.

Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submission.

Unit Details: Intra-procedural circulating, supplies, medication administration, and sedation. Common diagnoses/types of patients include compression fractures, venous access, hydronephrosis, chest pain, pulmonary hypertension, shortness of breath, gastric ulcer, PE, and DVT. Uses Apollo cardiac charting. Very versatile lab that primarily performs IR with cardiac inpatient add-ons and is prepared for STEMIs, treating up to IABP to stabilize.

Shift & Scheduling: 8 hour days plus call. On-call 1600-0700 on weekdays and 0730-0730 on weekends. Minimum 10 weeknight call shifts. Minimum 2 weekend call shifts (1 IR and 1 Cardiac). Holiday call requirements apply. Call response time: 30 minutes from IMC, ASAP to LKS/MCB/Bergan.

Floating Requirements: Floating is required daily and for on-call as needed.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
