Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Additional Details:
In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Required Credentials: - Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. - Ascension Specialty Exam required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Core Competencies required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension EKG Exam required; minimum 80% passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed. - Epic test-out assessment required.
Special Requests: - Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week for 12 hour schedules. - 8 hour shifts, 4 days a week Monday-Friday, with varying start and end times between 0600-1630. - Call based on department needs; currently averages 1 or 2 weekdays (1700-0600) and every 4th weekend (starting 1700 Friday - 0600 Mon). - Holidays rotating with regular staff as needed; must work July 4th holiday.
Floating Requirements: - May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
