Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• BSN completion preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Experience running stimulators for EP ablations. - 1 year RN experience in telemetry, critical care, cardiac cath lab, ER, or OR
Preferred Credentials: - Critical Care Course preferred.
Special Requests: - Must be able to respond to STEMI call backs in less than 30 minutes.
Unit Details: - Functions independently as scrub nurse and circulator. - Patient population includes adults (18-64 years) and geriatrics (65 years and older). - Cases/procedures include diagnostic studies, PCI, IABP, Impella, temporary pacemakers, Shockwave, rotational atherectomy, RHC, TAVR, transvenous/temporary pacing, hemodynamic monitoring, chest tubes, IVUS, iFR, and conscious sedation.
Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Fri. - On-call 10-12 days/month for emergency and urgent procedures, including weekends, nights, and holidays. - 13 - 18 Weeks
Floating Requirements: - Float to EP, IR, and Pre/Post.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
