Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System.

Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Required Skills/Experience: Years of experience required: 2 - must have experience in the cath lab. Cannot receive profiles with IR-only experience. Must have experience in both Cath Lab and IR Lab. RNs need to have a mandatory competency with phlebotomy as well as placing IVs.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Cardiac cath patients requiring diagnostic or interventional procedures; IR lab patients requiring drains, tubes, kyphoplasty, biopsies, etc. Interventional cardiac cath and IR procedures include cardiac stent placement, adult diagnostic catheterizations, IABP placement/removal, Impella insertion, interventional catheterizations, left heart catheterization, pacemaker/defibrillator lead extraction/removal, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, right heart catheterization, angioplasty, gastrostomy tube placement, liver biopsy, paracentesis, percutaneous hepatic angiography, embolization, nephrostomy, renal angiography, renal artery stent placement, uterine arterial embolization, chest tube placement, lung biopsy, pulmonary angiography, pulmonary embolization, central venous access (non-tunneled/PICC placement and port placement), dialysis graft creation/revision, dialysis graft interventional procedures, endovascular interventions, stent graft placement, SVC/IVC venography, upper and lower extremity angiography, antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, emergency medications, procedural sedation administration/monitoring, implanted port care and maintenance, IV infusion pumps, 12 lead EKG, circulate procedures, infection prevention, interpretation/management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, and monitoring procedural sedation.
Shift & Scheduling: Average 8-10 call shifts per month inclusive of 1-2 weekends per month dependent on schedule.
