Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: Aya Program - BJC Health System

Additional Details:
RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

Previous Employment Requirements: Permanent employees at must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler. All Standard Travelers (reside outside of a 75 mile radius) can stay for an 18 month period. Must take a 3 month break after 18 months.
Required Skills/Experience: Circulate, Conscious Sedation, Telemetry. Skills: Work Settings, Pre Post Procedure, Additional Skills, GE Mac Lab, ICU.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer structural heart experience and MacLab hemodynamic monitoring. Scrub.
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Coronary diagnostic and intervention. Peripheral diagnostic and intervention. Cardioversion/TEE. 5 procedure rooms. 3 Cath and 2 EP. Currently one EP room in renovation.
Types of Patients on Unit: Adults
Equipment Used on Unit: Xray Equipment: Philips and Siemens. Acist, Synchvision.
Technology Used on Unit: Maclab hemodynamics.
Special Requests: RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. No RTO the first week of an assignment.
Shift & Scheduling: Call Required: On call obligations are up to 2 days per week. Shifts are 10 hours (0630-1700, 0730-1800 and 1000-2030). Call: 1 night per week and every 4th weekend (4 person call team. 2 RN minimum).
Floating Requirements: Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
