Shift: 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine.
• 24 months gap required between for Travel at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine.

Additional Details:
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Previous Employment Requirements: Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: cumulative experience applies for previous travelers.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have some prior exposure to IR & peripheral vascular cases Must have experience with impellas, IABP, shockwave, IVUS, FFR, IFR, swans, roto Must be comfortable with conscious sedation Must be able to read and interpret tele rhythms and respond appropriately
Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday Emergency on call weeknights, weekends, holidays 3-12 hour shifts
7 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
