Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 34 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Aya Program - James Cancer Hospital and Research and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - James Cancer Hospital and Research.

Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Special Requests: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Cannot apply to any James Cancer Hospital & Research facilities if you have an active application to any Ohio State University facilities.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Patient diagnoses include AMI, STEMI, NSTEMI, EP devices, heart arrhythmias, PAD, and PVD. Cath Lab - diagnostic, PCI - Level 2 lab. EP Lab - devices changeout, upgrades, ICD, pacer. Vascular angiogram. IR - simple procedures.
Shift & Scheduling: Option of either 4x9 hr shifts for a total of 36hrs/wk or 5x8hr shifts for a total of 40 hrs/wk. 7am or 7:45am start, Monday - Friday with call. Call Requirement: one night a week and every 4th weekend.
14 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
