Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 10 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience worked in the last 3 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Hospital Sisters Health System.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Required Credentials: Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam required. HSHS RN Pharmacology Exam required.
Special Requests: No local travelers; 50 mile radius rule.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekends and holidays required. This is a 24/7 department, so there is call every night, weekends, and holidays. Call shifts are assigned by the nurse manager and distributed equally among all colleagues. Typically 1-2 weeknights and at least 1, sometimes 2, weekends per month. For 12-hour schedules, RNs have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
