Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
• BSN completion preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a District of Columbia license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - MedStar Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - MedStar Health.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
For DC locations – You must have DC license in hand, but certain units accept pending (See JD). MedStar will usually accept a later booking date if you have applied for DC licensure.
Required Skills/Experience: IV therapy, Assist with Central Line Insertion/management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Work Settings, Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Ventilator Management
Special Requests: No RTO is permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment.
7 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:
