Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Travel experience is required from last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

• BSN completion required

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - UCSF.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required skills and experience:

• Min 1 Year Cath Lab Or IR exp
• Min 3-5 Years combined exp in PACU, ICU, CCU, and/or Cath Lab.
• Min 5 Years Clinic nursing exp.
• Possess the knowledge of both diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization, and EP procedures and techniques, which includes equipment, accessories, surgical procedures, sterile technique, patient.
• Work Settings, Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Interventional Catheterizations, Left heart catheterization, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization, Medications, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Monitoring Procedural Sedation

Preferred skills and experience: Prior Teaching Hospital Experience

Shift & schedule requirements: 10 Hr days W/Variable starts

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
