Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 22 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience - Diagnostic cardiac cath lab experience, cardiac stent placement, circulate procedures, right and left heart catheterization.
Required Credentials - Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests - RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Unit Details - Adult and geriatric patient population. - STEMI, arrhythmias, kidney and carotid blockage. - Heart cath, pacemaker, ICD, cardiac angio, peripheral vascular studies to include AIF, carotid stenting, declot, IR to include nephrostomy. Moderate sedation.
Shift & Scheduling - On-call required: 1730-0700 weeknights and weekends (Fri 1730-0700 Monday). - Must arrive within 60 minutes of receiving a call.
5 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
