Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• BS completion preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Preferred Credentials:
Echocardiography (ECG) certification preferred.

Unit Details:
Performs echocardiography on treadmill patients and images the heart, chambers, valves, and vessels to assess cardiac function.
Prepares patients for cardiac imaging, including positioning, applying gel, and attaching electrodes; adapts sonographic techniques based on patient interviews and medical records.
Uses ultrasound and recording equipment, electrodes, and related equipment to document cardiac data, measurements, and images.
Collaborates with cardiologists on examinations, evaluates findings, and reports them to cardiologists.

Floating Requirements:
You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver's license required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certifications RCS, ACS
